TAIM Srl recognizes the fundamental importance of ethics, transparency and compliance with regulations in the contexts in which it operates. For this reason, it has adopted a reporting system (c.d. “Whistleblowing”) that allows to communicate, in a safe and confidential way, any illegal behavior or contrary to the company’s principles. The reporting channel is aimed at employees, collaborators, suppliers and other stakeholders, and can be used to report:

• violations of national or European Union regulations that harm the public interest or integrity of the company;
• Conduct not in accordance with policy, internal procedures or the Code of Ethics.

It is also possible to send reports anonymously. All communications will be treated with the utmost confidentiality, in compliance with current legislation, guaranteeing the protection of the reporting person and the persons involved. All reports are sent and managed through a process defined in the procedure “Gestione del sistema di segnalazioni (Whistleblowing)” to which reference is made:
